CNC Torsion Making Machine

JTM CNC-Series combines high speed and precision CNC controlled servo-motion system, and conveniences of mechanization, it is suitable for various kinds of torsion springs through a simplified setup and programming provedure. We hope customers can learn JTM CNC-Series in shortest period of time.
JTM CNC-Series is able to produce Torsion, Battery spring and wire forming parts and related products. Torsion angle sensor is available to maintain accurate torsion angle.
Computer controls main axis and spindle axis. We can arrange spindle's turning and forming timing by program contents easily. Multiple Aux. Spindle turning is available for easier tool placing.
